Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and more.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • COD orders may require a verification call before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Within Lahore: 1–2 business days
  • Other major cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping rate: PKR 300 on all orders nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. Please keep your phone reachable, as the courier may call you before delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items on Arrival

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they are dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
